Gary Crabtree, SRA
Mr. Crabtree is the principal owner of Affiliated Appraisers, and has over 43 years of experience in the valuation of real property in the Bakersfield and Kern County, California area. He holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute, the nation’s leading professional valuation organization and also is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California and is listed on the FHA Register.
His areas of expertise lie in the valuation of single family dwellings, custom "high value" single family dwellings, both small and large residential income properties, relocation appraising, estate valuation, divorce valuations, and residential litigagtion appriasals.
He is a past member national Board of Directors of the Appraisal Institute, and past Regional Chair of Region VII of that body. As a member of the adjuct faculty of Bakersfield College, he has instructed Real Estate Appraisal at that institution for 16 years. Mr. Crabtree is an approved instructor for the Appraisal Institute and instructs Level I courses and FHA seminars dealing with compliance with HUD regulations and the proper inspection FHA inspection techniques. |
